i see the moon

and the moon sees me

and the moon sees someone

that i want to see

in thinking about essential songs

for jamie's life soundtrack at i.studio today

i was pulled ...

pulled to the moon

in some strange, magical way ...

it wasn't intentional ...

just happens that music about the moon

is enthralling and spellbinding to me

i chose others for jamie's list ...
but these ~ these two selections are especially essential

to my love of music

sweetly gentle, quiet and soothing ... yet supremely clear and powerful

as the very light of the moon itself

. . .

. . .

what pulls you musically?

.

i see the moon and the moon sees me

and the moon sees someone i want to see

* you *
