to my dear ollee n bee, and to the academy ~
it is such an honour to be able to thank all the wondrous actors and actresses who, through the ages, have captivated us with their abilities to pull at our every emotion ... to portray real or imaginary characters, taking us away to magical places. to thank the writers for their stories, the directors for bringing their vision to life ... to the filmmakers, camera crews, editors whose masterful craftsmanship pull it together ... to the musicians whose wonderful scores flow ... sets, costumes, make-up artists ... oh oh oh, i feel like i am forgetting someone ~ movies move us and you all play a part ~ thank you!
of course, my heart is full of gratitude to my family who are my life.
this oscar is for you ...
thank you,
