What a lovely post. Every year I start over with the Simple Abundance book and this year, I am going to try harder to take it all in and keep up my gratitude journal! It really is life changing.

Thanks so much for stopping by to see me and leaving sweet, encouraging words.

Hope the New Year will be full of wonderful things for you.

This is so beautiful. I keep a journal with me all of the time. Just the other day in the store I saw a stack of books that I would call journals, but they were named idea books and I was smitten. I wanted to buy all of them!

Be still my heart. I have always had a thing for a new journal filled with all that possibility. I collect them, I have a whole stack just waiting to be filled...gorgeous, gorgeous photos.

I've never been good at writing so to be able to enhance your beautiful photos with brilliant words is an exceptional talent!

Beautiful post, words and thoughts!
Also!! your site looks tranquil and terrific, Thresa O!!
One thing you mentioned above:
Exercises to mine our minds.

I don't think this isn't what you meant, but this is what it reminded me of About exercise. I exercise physically for mental happiness and health. It is a small price to pay!
