I am so glad to see someone else taking picture of grass gone to summer-seed. I love the way the prairie grass looks right now!

When I move to SC in a couple of months for good, I am going to miss all this grass, you know? The grass and the fields most of all.

Gorgeous photo, lovely sentiments! It's rather hard to believe that it is summer now, what with our current weather. I suppose the mosquitoes make it seem more possible......

Oddly enough, I just posted about dreams. The magic that stops at our door some nights, and not others. Your blog is beautiful.

Beautiful photo of the peony. I've never had them until I came to Holland. Congratulations on a job well done with your twins. The diplomas are for you!

Oh, yes, the light! Isn't it wonderful? I especially love the light when the skies darken, not necessarily those of an impending storm, and the sun shines below and casts that beautiful golden sunlight. I love the light.
