These photos are so lovely and peaceful. I agree--it is the little things that matter. I'm prepping to go teach a 3-hour night class, which always makes me a little blue for some reason (I think it's the three hours in a row and the fact that it's at night), but my husband just made me a homemade glass of Thai iced tea with a sprig of mint. My spirits were lifted so much by this gesture!
just last night, felt like the first night of summer.my daughter was wearing polka dot undies and we were reading -I asked her if she was a gingham or polka dot gal.she said " what is gingham? "I love both the patterns you posted.
This morning the barn swallows that are making a little nest against our farm made me very happy. it so fantastic how the make this beautiful nest from mud and sticking it against the wall.
well, smelling the sage brush on the wind and watching the rain fall while the sun begins to shine again. have a great weekend!
There is a lot to be said for simplicity! I love those tea towels. The green, and purple in the flowers. The sunlight and the stems in water. Precious and wonderful!
Beautiful photographs with the light streaming in... I would say things like a smile from someone when you're deep in thought, refreshes you and brings you back to earth, beautifulyy.
